1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:

“Soccer Mambo”

“Service”

means collectively any online facilities, tools, services or information that Soccer Mambo makes available through the Website either now or in the future;

“System”

means any online communications infrastructure that Soccer Mambo makes available through the Website either now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, web-based email, message boards, live chat facilities and email links;

“User” / “Users”

means any third party that accesses the Website and is not employed by Soccer Mambo and acting in the course of their employment;

Membership

By registering to use our Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age, or a parent or legal guardian registering and managing an account on behalf of a user under the age of 16.

When you complete our registration process you will create a password that will enable you to access our Website.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and agree not to share your password or let anyone else access your account. You will immediately notify Soccer Mambo of any unauthorized use of your password or any other security breach relative to your account. Restrictions

Parents or legal guardians of users under the age of 16 may use this Website and register on their behalf. This site has certain areas that only members of Soccer Mambo can access. If you are not a member or if your membership expires or otherwise ends you will not be able to access these areas. Members should not allow their membership details to be passed to another person in order to allow them unauthorized access to members' only areas or members' only services available on this website. Members who fail to observe this requirement may place their membership at risk.

By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and International intellectual property and other laws. Subject to Clause 5 of these Terms and Conditions you may print, reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use Content from the Website for personal purposes only unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given express written permission to do so by Soccer Mambo. Personal use includes, but is not limited to, recreational use, social use, and use in education as a student or teacher. Specifically you agree that:

• you will not use the Content of the Website for commercial purposes; and

Deep-linking to the Site for any purpose, (i.e. including a link to a Soccer Mambo webpage other than the Soccer Mambo home page) unless expressly authorised in writing by Soccer Mambo or for the purpose of promoting your profile or a Group on Soccer Mambo via a reputable social networking website (e.g. facebook, twitter, flickr etc) is prohibited. 8. Use of Communications Facilities and Content Submission

You are solely responsible for all information you post to the Website. You acknowledge that your public information may be accessible to the general public not only via the Website but also via third party websites related to Soccer Mambo. When using the Soccer Mambo website and when submitting Content to the Website you should do so in accordance with the following rules:

• you must not use obscene or vulgar language;

In the event that any of the provisions of sub-Clause 9.2, above, are not followed, Soccer Mambo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service. Any Users banned in this way must not attempt to use the Website under any other name or by using the access credentials of another User, with or without the permission of that User.
