Soccer Mambo do not endorse the venues or venue owners arranged on the Website between Users. In addition, Soccer Mambo do not attempt to confirm, and do not confirm, venue owner's purported identity. The User is responsible for determining the identity and suitability of others whom you contact via the Website.

You agree that in no event shall Soccer Mambo be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Soccer Mambo has been advised of the possibility of such damages), arising out of or in connection with our Website or this Agreement or the inability to use our Website (however arising, including negligence), arising out of or in connection with Third Party Transactions or arising out of or in connection with your use of our Website or transportation to or from Soccer Mambo Gatherings, attendance at Soccer Mambo Gatherings, participation in or exclusion from Soccer Mambo Groups and the actions of you or others at Soccer Mambo Gatherings. Our liability to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the greater of (a) the amount of fees, if any, you pay to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the action giving rise to liability, and (b) £100.

Without limiting the foregoing, you, as an Organizer or Creator or Host, agree to indemnify and hold us and our officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries and third-party partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any Soccer Mambo Group or third party due to or arising out of your actions as an Organizer or Creator or Host, including your use of money paid to you by members of your Soccer Mambo Group.

No Waiver

In the event that any party to these Terms and Conditions fails to exercise any right or remedy contained herein, this shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy.

Previous Terms and Conditions

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any prior versions thereof, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless it is expressly stated otherwise.

Third Party Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any rights upon any third party. The agreement created by these Terms and Conditions is between you and Soccer Mambo.
